Please notify us and return the box along with the original packaging. In this case, we will do our best to resend or refund you. We only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are well sealed and in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please send your product back to us using a registered courier service and we will refund the full amount. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
